1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cve999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cve999 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and all related services available at cve999.bet.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the cve999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand and accept every provision contained herein, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the cve999 platform and close your account.

1.1 Amendments

Your continued use of the platform following any posted modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of cve999 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming promotional offers — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain a cve999 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

2.2 Account Accuracy

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at all stages of registration and in all subsequent interactions with cve999, including during KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles cve999 to suspend or permanently close your account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each player may hold only one registered account on cve999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If cve999 identifies that a single individual holds more than one account, cve999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicated accounts.

3 Age Restriction & KYC

cve999 takes its obligations in relation to underage gambling prevention seriously. The platform employs a multi-layer age verification process, including document-based Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered accounts before any withdrawal is processed and on accounts flagged for age verification at any point during their active period.

3.1 Accepted KYC Documents

The following documents are accepted for identity and age verification on cve999 accounts registered by Bangladesh residents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy
• Bangladesh Passport — photograph page and data page
• Bangladesh Birth Registration Certificate (for supplementary age proof where NID is pending)

3.2 KYC Timing

Accounts where KYC verification has not been completed within 30 days of a verification request being issued will be suspended until the required documents are provided.

3.3 Data Handling

Documents are stored using industry-standard encryption and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or anti-money laundering regulation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from your cve999 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all supported payment methods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a security measure to prevent fund diversion.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval for mobile banking channels. Bank card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• cve999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large withdrawals, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if additional checks are required.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

cve999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. cve999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, to freeze account funds pending AML investigation, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required. Funds identified as connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be frozen and may be forfeited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

cve999 offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your cve999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money bets on eligible games or sports markets before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game types (e.g., low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

cve999 monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash without genuine gambling risk, and coordinated bonus farming across a group of players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses voided, may have winnings derived from those bonuses confiscated, and may be permanently excluded from all future promotions or have the account closed entirely.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• cve999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to revoke bonus credits from accounts where eligibility conditions have not been met.
• Players with active bonus funds may not be able to withdraw their real-money balance until the bonus wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited. The option to forfeit an active bonus and withdraw the real-money balance is available from the account dashboard.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the cve999 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to use the platform only for its intended purpose of lawful entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cve999:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the cve999 platform or any game offered on it. Any winnings derived from an identified technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, sports betting, or any other competitive context on the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, or placing bets in connection with information obtained through corrupt or illegal means.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cve999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your cve999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cve999 will process any legitimate pending withdrawals and deactivate the account within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily with a zero balance will be archived. Accounts closed with a remaining balance will have that balance returned to the registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC checks.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Players under self-exclusion will be blocked from accessing the platform and will not receive any promotional communications from cve999 during the exclusion period.

7.3 cve999-Initiated Closure

cve999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account is a duplicate of an existing account held by the same individual.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation requiring account deactivation.

Where an account is closed by cve999 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation determines that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned. Where a confirmed breach is identified, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part proportionate to the severity of the breach.

8 Liability & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Limitation of Liability

cve999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cve999 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. cve999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall cve999 be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if cve999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Bet Settlement

All bets placed on cve999 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For cricket markets, the settlement authority is the relevant board or governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a result being disputed by the governing body, cve999 reserves the right to delay settlement until an official result is confirmed, or to void the affected market and return stakes to players.

cve999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds, odds affected by a technical error, or odds that were published before key event information (such as team composition, weather conditions, or injury news) was publicly available, where such information would have materially affected the offered odds.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, bonus credit, or any other matter relating to your cve999 account, you should contact the cve999 support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the support team's investigation, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal management review. cve999 is committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and transparently, with reference to these Terms, the specific bet or transaction records, and the applicable game or sports rules.
